Realme — Customer service is not helping us.

We bought RealMe(model-realme tv43) two TV from flipkart each tv 22000/-, but the warranty period is not over yet and this TV has already started getting malfunction. When we informed realme about this problem through mail they sent technicians after 4 days to check, they checked and told that TV panel is damaged, While both our TVs were damaged. He also checked only one TV. Didn't check second TV then we filed complaint again for second TV but no one came to check when estimated time till 18th June was given for technicians to visit. After that day we did REQUEST for replacement but not getting any perfect solution from realme executive, executive is just giving comfort but nothing happened, I complained on 9th June but today it is 29th June. I keep asking them for help but they don't care.

It was not even a year since I bought the TV and the TV has started to deteriorate, have also shared the photo... I want a new TV replacement, Otherwise I will file a complaint of cheating, You give bad TV to the customer, which does not last even a year. One year will end now, after that if there is any problem in the TV, then how many times will we spend money and repair it? That's why I want replacement that's it.
