I have contacted realme service center multiple times regarding fault in mobile as i have purchased new mobile however its camera is defective henece i contacted to the service center but they are not resolving it
mentioned that mobile purchased in previous month and u want me to repair the same in the period of 1 month only?
Have visited to service center and they have agreed that it is a manufacturing defect then why u guys are not agreed on it
FYI, even service center has placed the request for new camera and its been 2 weeks the camera is still not available at their center
I[censored] are not the concern team, share me the id where i can highlight this issue
Better u arrange a call in this regard
