Realme — I bought an X2 on the 15th of August 2020, and started having issues with it in September itself

I bought an X2 on the 15th of August 2020, and started having issues with it in September itself. My phone started hanging, crashing, and not turning back on when I forced a restart. The microphone stopped recording when I left the recording app to read from another app. I got in touch with their customer care over call and they told me a few ways to trouble shoot. Neither worked. In the end they told me to go to a service center. This is within one month of buying the phone. Before going, I tried doing a factory data reset. Things worked for a few days, and then the issues started again. I finally went to the service center. They did a software update which deleted all my apps. It was basically like a factory data reset. And after a week, the issues are back. Their replacement policy too lasts for ONLY SEVEN days.
