Realme — No replacement for a defective product

I bought a realme superdart gaming cable from realme store ...it stopped working the next day ...i contacted customer care that day itself...and they told me I would get replacement if I visit authorised service centre...am i am behind this for one month...and they now tell me it cannot be replaced...so it means i order something and even if get it defective ...my money is gone...worst experience
