Not service proper by realme not repairing my realme buds 2 only because of scratches on it my tracking id for repair is rlm[protected]

Updated by Vishal5672 My realme buds 2 earphones been not working so I arrange call me service and when my product arrived at service center they call and toll me that your product cannot be repair because wire has scratches and not properly use . And it was in working condition but when it arrives their they told it was not working
