I have claimed my warranty on 4 May 2021, they provided me Call me service and arranged the pick-up of the product, i waited for a month but no one came to pickup the product (Realme earbuds wireless).
Then i called them again and they again provided me the Call me service and this time my product finally picked up from my location and returned to the service center successfully on 21/07/2021.
From that date to till now i am constantly contacting them about the status they always give the same answer that it is under diagnosis. It's been 2 months now i m doing the process and nothing is happening. They are just fooling the customers so that they leave their products without claiming the warranty. I am adding the photo of the status here which i m getting since 15 days.
Please help in this case i am getting frustrated with this.
