Realme — Prepaid the order but the product box was empty.

I have placed an order for realme buds Q2 black and I got the package on 04 Oct 2021. But the box was empty there was nothing but an invoice bill. I have been complaining about this thing daily to them. Neither they have refunded the paid amount nor they are connecting with me properly. They gave such pathetic services even after ordering the product from the there official site. I am very disappointed and do police complain if nothing happens.
