I have an raised service complaint issues on 19Th Oct'21 to my existing Realme 43 Inch LED Android Tv which was bought on 16.03.2021. Technician visited on the same day on 19th Oct'21 and uploaded videos and confirmed that within 7-10 days will get replacement. After 30 days time there is no single message from Realme customer care for status updation. After making call to customer service toll number[protected] on 25th & 28th Oct'21 one of the executive told that, you will get brand new tv despatch details within 4 working days. But till date i dídn't get any single message from realme customer support about status of my replacement of Tv. Further to this I got R-pass details for Compensation of Realme Buds Q2 on 25.11.2021 and the same got received on 01.12.2021 and received sms on 27.11.2021 R-pass for TV that is used one. Till date (03.12.2021) customer care executives are telling repeatedly higher officials will contact you shortly you will get R-pass for Tv. Was this information helpful? | |||||
