Bought a Realme 43 inch TV on 27th April 2021 From the shop Mobile point, And the next day the installation boys came to instal the Tv and i noticed a Gap in between Panel Board of the Television and i told them about the problem. They told me that it's usual and the Tv have no problems. I also talked to a lady from JGB Smart (from where the installation has been arranged). She told me that she will give a Complaint to the manager and the complaint will be done shortly. After one week there was no response, so I mailed a complaint to the realme official site.After that I got Call and one of the executives came and visited, at that time they told me that they will give a replacement. But today one of the executives called me and told me that the panel has arrived, they have changed the panel after Changing the panel, its display got complaint then after 2weeks they Changed the Display of my Tv and Its was running, now about 2days the display fully gone, so. Within a time of 7months i have to Replace the display gor 3tikes, so Kindly please understand my situation and give me a replacement of Television instead of repair Was this information helpful? |
