Realme — Realme Buds Air Pro

It has been such a waste of time dealing with Realme support lately. I had sent in my buds Air Pro for repair which took more than a month. Not once was i updated on the status of repair. I had to initial follow ups from my end and each time i would just get a scripted response from all the agents.
Finally, i was told by one of the agents that they're sending a new product as replacement and i was quite happy. But that happiness didn't last long because the product i received back was a used piece with damaged box and no other accessories. Realme went back on their promise. And now it's been another 10 days since i've initiated a follow up on the used product received. There has been no update whatsoever. Each time i contact customer support, they say they're going to escalate my concern and the concerned team will contact within 24-48 hrs. I've contacted Realme everywhere. Be it Phone, Email or Social media. Every one of your teams have escalated my query but your so called concerned team never reverted since the past 8 days. My sincere request to Realme is to either provide a replacement as promised or give my money back as i cannot accept a used product in return of the faulty product i've sent. It's is getting pathetic and beyond what customer service has become these days.
