Realme — Realme - buds wireless 2 manufacturing defect

They delivered me the faulty product which yellow colored wire wrapper tear automatically during first 6 month, this is not done by any user mishandling or user error. Its due to their manufacturing quality defects, when i visited their service center and complaint over email they didn't acknowledge it and just keep replying with their warranty policy link.

They didn't inspect what cause it just blaming user.

When i am asking just a simple in a Yes no manner that.

If a product got damage by its own due to manufacturing defects will its warranty will be ended and user can not claim them even if it's not user fault in any scenario, they just replying with same warranty policy stuff.

Kindly help to resolve if it's company fault why don't they agree.
