Realme — Realme TV 43 Inch_Display issue_Horizontal lines observed

Have purchased Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 30 Oct 2020.
I started facing a problem that is flickring of screen panel/Display of TV from 22nd July 2021, screen is not working properly, Horizontal lines are coming on the screen.
As per the invoice and product page in FLIPKART it is mentioned that the TV is covered in warranty for 1 year domestic and 2 year for panel. and the warranty service type is On-site, BY authorised technician visit.
I have raised the complaint on 14th aug 21.
The Technician visited on 24th August 2021 and submitted his recommendation for replacement of the panel.
Till date (17 sept 2021) its been more than 1 months I havn't received any response from REALME. Whenever I called or wrote/said to them they simply responded back that they are working on it.
I have done complaint in flipcart too, but no response getting from anywhere.
I really need help to sort out this issue.

Actually as per realme brand issue supposed to resolve within 10-12 days after their technician visit but not resolve till date(17.09.21).
I want full product replacement due to following genuine reasons-:
1.The parts which is to be replaced it's not available at anywhere their warehouse/service center.
2.If brand tv has detected fault within 10 month after purchase, so what will be guarantee of parts will detect fault.
3.Realme failed to solve issue within their policy timeline.
