Have purchased Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 30 Oct 2020.
I started facing a problem that is flickring of screen panel/Display of TV from 22nd July 2021, screen is not working properly, Horizontal lines are coming on the screen.
As per the invoice and product page in FLIPKART it is mentioned that the TV is covered in warranty for 1 year domestic and 2 year for panel. and the warranty service type is On-site, BY authorised technician visit.
I have raised the complaint on 14th aug 21.
The Technician visited on 24th August 2021 and submitted his recommendation for replacement of the panel.
Till date (17 sept 2021) its been more than 1 months I havn't received any response from REALME. Whenever I called or wrote/said to them they simply responded back that they are working on it.
I have done complaint in flipcart too, but no response getting from anywhere.
