Realme — Realme TV 43 inch Full HD

Dear sir,

I have been a loyal customer of Realme 3 years. I was very happy with my purchase of the Realme 2 phone, so I also got Realme Buds Air Neo and more recently, the Realme TV.

Even though the products have been good, the after sales service has been really disappointing. The Realme TV that I bought had issues in the display panel. We raised a ticket and tried reaching the customer service but to no avail. During the first few calls, we get some response asking for some time to fix the matter. After a couple of calls, the customer service stopped receiving calls. We were forced to make calls each time from a different phone number, but only to hear fake promises of offering immediate shipment of damaged part, or replacement of entire TV or offering vouchers to order a new one or giving freebies for our troubles. It has been over 2 months now, but our repeated complaints and requests have only fallen on deaf ears. We tried e-mailing too, but the whole issue and the e-mails are also being ignored.

I am an avid cricket buff and do not miss any cricket match, however has been 2 months now since we are without a TV. I could not watch the IPL or the T20 world cup during this period.

I hope at least you would be in a position to address my problem or assign someone to it.. else, this could turn out to be last purchase of Realme products from a customer who has been a loyalist for the last 3 years of your products.
