Realme — Realme TV panel change issue

Hi.
I have purchased Realme 43" inch tv from flipkart on[protected]. Recently on the tv faced with a flickering issue and I raised a complaint against the same with the customer care on[protected] and they sent the people to check the tv as the complaint is filed. The people checked the tv at my home and confirmed that they will change the panel. Eversince the quality check is completed I did not get any reply from them. I tried calling them and they've been keep postponing the issue. Approximately after 25 days from the issue was raised, I got a call from service center guy ( Riaz ) and he told me that he won't be able to come to my place as it was 40kms distant from the service center and told me to bring the tv to his place otherwise service is not possible. As I was in need of service i accepted for it. I carefully packed the tv in the box they have given at the time of purchasing and took that to the service centre guy in my car. The person Riaz called me to a place that's definitely not a service center, must be his home. He took the tv to his place and told me that the replacement will take one hour and told me to come after an hour. After I left the place, He called me after a half an hour and called me to his place. I went to that place and saw that the tv is already opened and switched on. He showed me black mark on the corner of the tv and said that's a physical damage and he can't do the replacement. I'm completely sure that the black scratch doesn't exist at my place and i didn't know who damaged the tv as it is already opened the tv and his place in the first floor of the building. He blamed that I may have damaged it during the transport. Realme promised me a home service and didn't do it. They asked me to come to their place and i did the same because in emergency. As I didn't know whose mistake it was and whom to blame. I called the realme customer support and raised the complaint on the issue. They said that they will resolve the issue with in 24-48 hours. It's been 3 days from the date that the issue is raised. I didn't get any proper response from anyone. My Tv is also there at the service guy's place from the past 3 days. As I thought the issue will be resolved I left it at their place. Today i got a message that saying my service request is cancelled and I didn't get any update from the realme people regarding the issue.
