Realme — Regarding warranty claim

I have bought new realme buds q.. I got them two days back... Now for the first i have connected to charger... Almost 1 hr i connected to charger but it wasn't charging... Why? I have called your customer care for warranty there is zero response... Don't you check the device before sending it to customer.. Is it working or not?.. The quality of realme products is very bad... They even don't have warranty claiming procedure also...
