On 8 January I received my realme buds air pro device but that product was damaged soo I requested company to replace it by contacting realme callme service then they picked up my device for replacement on 21 January by there delivery partner delhivery tracking id[protected], I got this tracking id on delhivery official Website by entering my mobile number. now it's my then 20 days gone and realme haven't replaced my device and not replying about my product replacement they even not saying anything about my product . Now they are not giving me my replacement product please help me 😭. The earphone cost 4000, realme frauded me . My contact number [protected].
