Realme — Replacement not received RLM[protected]

Respected Madhav sir,

As i am one of your customer of realme from last few months and as i had bought a mobile of realme that is realme 7. and that was the mistake of my life. since i have bought this garbage mobile offline from a panchkula realme store. this mobile contains so many problems. i am continue in touch with realme toll free to solve my problems. and all the steps i have followed. but after so many attempts and efforts i have forcefully agreed for a repair to my new mobile in realme service center located in chandigarh sector 22. after repair problems were not solved. then again one more repair has been done by the same service center. but no results. after so many days i again called to realme toll free number and they were again asking me for a repair and to avail call me service. i again agreed on this. and availed call me service by realme. and it was registered on[protected] and my mobile has been picked and dropped to your service center on 3rd of june 2021 in Gurgaon. realme giving 24-48 hours time to do repairs. and in my case you can see its[protected] today but no results. as i want to tell you my case that i don't want repairs for my new mobile as i told 1000 times to realme team that i did not bought a repaired mobile and also not bought it for repairs. so the conclusion is i only want a replacement for the same. but as realme has its policy and replacement time was only 7 days from the date of purchase. i agreed and can understand sir, but same a person has his own life rules and policies. i don't like the repaired and used devices in my life. so i clearly told your staff and team that i don't want repairs and i only want a replacement. still they have registered me on call me service. but now after so many days when i am trying to get my device status and my new mobile back they are just saying always please wait for sometime please wait for sometime. i hope you are a well reputed and highly authorised person of realme and i am coming to you with a lots of hopes and resolution at your end. it is highly and humble requested you to please look into the matter and do the needful on very urgent basis as time is passing on and my concern has been opened from last one and half month. i hope and pray to you please provide me a replacement as i did not enjoyed my mobile even a single day from the day very first when i have bought this garbage model of realme. please help me please.

I want to tell you sir, that please put yourself at my place and think about that if you have to spend a day without your work and without your mobile then how can you handle this. And look at me, I was handling this from the november 2020 when I bought this mobile. but i don't want you to think the past 6 months i only saying is just think the[protected] when realme register me for call me service it's been 18-20 days spent but no resolution on this. and when i am trying to connect with them they are only saying all are senior executives who are busy with the other clients and not connected me with any senior authority. today I made 6 calls to a toll free number but no results and nobody connected me with a senior executive and one of your employee's behaviour was very rude on call.

So at the end i just want you to please help me to get my new mobile back to me asap. because i am in a very big loss from last one and half month and without mobile there is no life and my daily life routine is just ruined. i saw your daughter and boy picture on social media. so please think i also have a daughter sir, and her study also impacted due to this problem. and even all of my life routine has been ruined by realme mobile and its team. so you are requested to please do the needful on a very urgent basis. It is a humble request to you. I hope you will take necessary action against this and will provide me with the resolution by today or by tomorrow morning at any cost and anyhow. I only want a replacement because it is the 3rd repair done by realme motherboard and also has been changed and i don't want repairs please.

Please call me at your end please try to understand my situation sir, i am seriously stressed and depressed and wish i could die. I am a salaried person and can't afford this much loss. please resolve it asap. I hope you are a kind hearted person and will definitely solve my case now asap.

realme is the company where if once you enter with any of there device you will not be evacuate you will just stuck in there delay process so please don't buy and stuck in there policies. because they will make you depressed this much that you can't handle it and you wish that you could die. i am fed up with there services specially customer dealing and after sales services are worst.all of their staff is well trained to make you delay and always in a journey which will never ends with a solution.
