charging for repair / not repaired under warranty
grievance details
company is not repair my charger adapter in under warranty,
they denied me to give me free service in under warranty of product.
They also demanding money for replace my charger adapter.
Now my charger is totally unwork and now my warranty is over.
And i 4 times plus registered complaint in realme but they give me a false information and cut the call.
