Realme 43" tv was delivered to me on 31st Aug 2020. It has a warrenty of 2yrs on panel and 1yr on motherboard.
My TV Panel stopped working since 15 June 2021 and I have raised a service request on the same day. Now it's 18 June and my TV is not yet repaired. I have been writing to them continuously but they keep saying that they are looking into it. It's more than a month now. Was this information helpful? |
