Realme — Subject : complaint regarding replacement of broken Tv | |||||
Hi, I purchased a Realme Smart Tv Black(32'') product from realme.com on 25 May, 2020, Order No:[protected]. PFA the invoice of the product. It got delivered on 8 June, 2020. The technician came on 11 June, 2020 to install the Tv. Contact Number of Technician - +91-[protected]. While unboxing the product, we found out that the Tv was damaged. I have attached the pictures of the damaged product. The technician said that he had raised the request for replacement on my behalf. On 12 June, i received a call from realme to send the pictures of the damaged product over whatsapp. WhatsApp Number - +91-[protected]. After around a week, i contacted the technician again, and he connected me with a person over conference call, and i was informed that replacement certificate was issued successfully and someone will come to pick it up. But, till now, nothing has been done on that issue, and now, the technician is also not responding, the customer care is also repeating the same thing again and again that its being processed. Its been 1 month now, and there is no proper update on the broken product and no one is co-operating now. This is not the customer service i expected from realme.
