Realme — Warranty product not getting replacement and wasting my time

I’ve purchased a realme buds air in January and it was creating issues so I went to the service centre to get it replaced they did it in 3 days not an issue but when I came home to check the replacement product it started giving another issue where there not only synchronisation issue there was also an issue on the right side earphone which was getting discharged and disconnected after 15-20mins o[censored]se and submitted it on[protected] again and till now have not received the replacement and yesterday I got a call from realme escalation team saying that the service centre located at 1st floor 2, raja subodh mallick square Kolkata 700013 has logged the replacement as “handed over to customer” and neither I received any email or call nor I’ve received the replacement now again they’re saying me to wait 24-48 hours to check on the same. The product costs around ₹4000 and since[protected] I’ve invested somewhere 10% of the overall value of the product just by visiting service centre. They are fraudulent when it comes to service centre.

Dear sir
Sir, I gave my mobile on 30 September 2020 at Hisar Realme Service Cente
He said that it will be cured in 7 days but now it has been 16 days, he is not telling anything correctly now, by when I will be fine, I also called [protected] but he is not saying anything.
These are bothering me mentally
