Recharge — Amount did not get

I have done 80 rupees transaction to my mobile recharge transaction was complted but did not get any recharge amount my transaction Order id : FCVW[protected], sir i have nearly wait 24 hour but i did not get my recharge amount so plz solve my problem as early as possible
