Today (Date: 24.01.2019), i have recharged my jio mobile no [protected] with rs. 399.00 through rechargecube.in. The above amount deducted from my axis bank account via inm/[protected]/omniware technologies on 24.01.2019, but till now the recharge not done. There is no contact no available in the website and the customer care is also not responding on my query. Please help in to refund the amount. I have recharged the jio number [protected] for Rs 149 dated 14.05.19. Amount debited my account but not recharged. Pls help into refund.
I have made a Jio recharge for 399 on September 22 at 7:20 AM . But the website keep on showing processing for more than 30 minutes but money was debited initially. The website name got changed to "rechargecube.in" where as initially it was "recharge.net".
Finally I got it recharged after an hour.
