Hi,

This is in regards with my online mobile recharge that i completed but no balance was credited.My Vodafone number [protected] has completed online recharge on April 2nd but the balance was not credited.I used netbanking as the channel but still the ammount has not been credited.The ammount was not credited to my number but have got the sms from hdfc netbanking that 100 RS has been deducted.Please let me know what is to be done next.

i paid RS 50 from by debit card, money is cut from my debit card, but do not get recharge from rechargeitnow.com .i am not happy with your service.please help me ...as soon as possible.please help.If i do not get recharge how is your site say successful transaction.please help...

    Hi,

    I had done a recharge on 13th march,2013 for my mobile phone online via rechargeitnow.com. After my transaction i was diverted to a page showing that my transaction was successful . I checked my bank account balance and saw an amount of 110 INR has been deducted but didn't receive the balance nor a message from them.
    I waited for 2 hours and checked my balance but still the recharge was not done.i filed a complaint on the website itself and the complaint was registered successfully.As written in their norms, i waited for 7 working days but didn't receive a mail or a call from them.Neither did i get a recharge for the designated amount.Nor did they refund my money.I escalated the issue after that and waited for 2 more days as given in the website but it was of no use.Still i didn't receive a mail or message or recharge from them.My account was still showing the debited amount.I escalated again after 2 working days but it was of no use.please help.

    Rechargeitnow — NO recharge done

      Coupon Used but transaction failed not able to use the coupon again

      I Tried Recharging my Phone on 5-3-2013 with Rs. 100 and applied 50 rs. coupon and proceeded for payment , but the transaction failed and recharge was unsuccessful due to some technical problem .
      after that when i re-tried to recharge and when i applied my coupon code it always gives the error
      '' Your transaction did not go through '' .

      i complaint several times but no response from you...

        All time only email communication is not possible to recharge it now – team, appreciate you can also update us telephone contact number. I really unhappy with the service, even after paying the amount to recharge my D2H you guys are cheating.         I do face the same problem. And after 3 attempts for the same, I am not getting my refund.And I think by the time consumer court takes action and brings them to book. we need to spread awareness among public.

        That's the best thing to do. I believe if the company has really derogated their service, I bet they will be soon screwed up and will be shown the door the hard way.

                I am recharged online recharge facility in web site of recharge IT now.com. My sun direct no [protected] recharged on[protected]:28 pm,[protected]:35 pm and old one[protected]:48 pm for Rs 200/- each time transaction id R[protected], R[protected] and R[protected].                   I opted for a 250rs top up for tata docomo recharge on rechargeitnow.com. After all the details, I got

                  "payment failed


                  date : Dec 31,2012

                  due to some technical problem the transaction was not successful. please try again."

                  I did not see any transaction id

                  But, when I checked my account, I saw 300 rupees had already been deducted. Also, recharge was not done.

                  Please tell me when can I get my money back ?

                      I would like to complain against rechargeitnow.com as I have had one of the worst experience with the company. I had recharged for Rs 302 to my BSNL number [protected] which hasn't been credited to my balance till date. I had made the transaction on[protected] at 1730 hrs (order id- R73541316C12 transaction id[protected] and the same hasn't been credited till date (24/12/2012).
                      I have already lodged a complain (request id[protected] and there hasn't been any response from their site. I therefore request the company to see to my problem as soon as possible otherwise I would be compelled to go for further legal actions.

                        I tried to online recharge my MTS Mblaze number [protected] for Rs 999 on 30 Nov 2012 time around 1 AM. Money was deducted from my credit card account but no recharge was done. The payment gateway was 'payu' which said transaction was successful but when it redirected to rechargeitnow it showed error has occurred.
                        When i checked the transaction history on their site it does not even list my transaction as failed. In fact the transaction is not even there. All previous transactions have status as 'SUCCESS'. Why can't they show this transaction as 'FAILED'? I think they just want to take the money and say that no such transaction took place! Also their 'contact us' page has no phone/email id provided, just one form to fill up. I have filed a complaint on the 'contact us' option but looking at number of complaints where people have not got their money even after months, I don't have much hope.

                        Due to this, i will miss the diwali offer of mts which provided 15 GB(10+5 GB more as diwali offer) unlimited for 999 for recharges till 30 Nov 2012. MTS should stop doing business with them.

                        Rechargeitnow — Money deducted but no product received

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I have recharged my cellone mobile phone no.[protected] through rechrgeitnow.com using my corp bank debit card on[protected] at 12.05 pm. My transaction id is R[protected]. But I found that this recharge was not succesful,though I recieved the mail stating it is succesful.Therefore I have requested for refund of my cash Rs.222/- on[protected].I have waited for their reply.

                        Till to date I have neither recieved refund or any mail.I kindly request you to help me in refund cash.

                        I have the same problem.I tried to online recharge my MTS Mblaze number for Rs 248 on 8th dec 2012 at around 1 AM through net banking. Money was deducted from my account but no recharge was done. The payment gateway was 'payu' which said transaction was successful but when it redirected to rechargeitnow it showed error has occurred. I tried again hoping that this time it will be done but it failed again.so, the money was deducted twice. I dont know where to check the transaction history.

                          Rs 333 deducted from my account in September but the money has not been refunded to me till now despite one complaint and 2 escalations. No response from their side at all. No contact number provided.

                          I tried to recharge my mobile [protected] for rs. 150. for some reason the recharge was not happening.
                          I continued trying little did i realise that every time my credit card was being charged. Later i found out from credit card bill that i was charged Rs. 150 each for six unsuccessful trials. Total amounting to Rs 900.
                          I raised a refund request with below details on May 18 2009:

                          I have recharged my idea prepaid account at 11.05 AM by Rs. 185.00, but i have not got any balance.
                          Still balance is showing 0.00 and amount 185.00 has been withdrawn from my savings account.

                          I am Vinay Babu from Goa. I tried to recharged my tata photon no. [protected] twice on 28th May,2011 and once again on 30th May,2011 but all failed. Each transaction was for Rs.850/-.So total Rs. 2450/- was deducted from my account. Later I got email from rechargeitnow.com stating that my amount will be refunded in my account within 7 days but now more than 15 days have been passed I have neither got back amount in my account nor any further communication from them. i again wrote escalation report in their customer care section of website but till date no response.

                            I tried thrice to recharge my Airtel No. on 14th Feb 2011 through rechargeitnow.com via Axis Bank but my balance got deducted thrice and my no. couldn't get recharged even once.

                            I dont know who is responsible here either axis bank or payment gateway (rechargeitnow.com)

                                  Rechargeitnow — Rs. 500 not credited in Reliance TV Account deducted from my Account

                                  I had made recharge of my reliance TV card no.[protected] on 20-Dec-11. Money has been deducted from my bank account of ICICI. I made transaction through debit card. Transaction number of transfer amount from amount is [protected]/0. Rechargeitnow order no. R55547820c11. I have already raised issue to rechargeitnow vide Track Id: [protected] on same day. Till date I did not receive credit in my reliance account nor money refunded to my bank account.

                                  I will not use this facility again and request all o[censored]s they are making money and this should be banned by rule. If they are genuine they will definitely leave their tall free number or email id to contact them.

                                  I recharged my Tata Photon+ ([protected]) on 26th Nov 2012, 10:50 A.M (Order id: I72005726b12). Recharge got fail, got refund processing mail on 27th. I wrote esclation on 14th Dec 2012, but refund not yet credited.

                                    I tried an online recharge for my brother's aircel mobile number [protected] for Rs 100. Transaction got failed yet money was deducted from my sbi account through net banking. The date of this transaction was 24 sep 2012. I filed a complaint on the contact us option the same day, and further the escalation option after one week. I have still not received any recharge from the company nor any refund made and also no-one communicated from the company side.
