I had recharged my mobile from www.rechargeitnow.com for 4 times and recharge was unsuccessful but the amount has been deducted from my account ....i have written complaint so many times to the site...but they ignored...they only sending me emails saying " Refund Confirmation" ....i wana say BEWARE OF THIS SITE ...THIS SITE IS FRAUD..

Respected sir,

I recharged Sun Direct DTH for Rs.500 on 25th December 2009 through rechargeitnow.com at 3.40pm.but the transaction came failure and money has been debited from my account. CCAvenue Order Number: RA[protected].I made complaint on same day but till now they didnt credited my money back. I wrote lot of mail to customer support, but no response from them. Please take neccessary action at the earliest

i had recharged for rs 500 for my son in law,sun direct dth dated 2/4/2010,through my sbi net banking facility,but the transaction was failed due to technical errors but the amount has been debited from my account, i mailed to them till now and no improvement,i think they want to cheat customers,this is not good for business,i personally mailed to sun direct they told me the matter has been send to concern department,the transaction id was cca[protected],for stb card no. [protected] and the amount has been transfered to[protected] avenues india private ltd.till now i do know what happened to my hard earned money.

      Hi , My name is Roy and I had conducted three consecutive Mobile recharges from Rechargeitnow.com website on the 7th of April 2012. the recharges had been conducted on two different phone numbers, i.e- [protected], and [protected] consecutively for 100Rs., 50 RS. and 50RS. again. Now the problem is , out of these three transactions, two recharges of 100 Rupees and 50 rupees were successful.A recharge of 50 rupees did not happen inspite of the amount being deducted from my bank account, details from bank

          Approximately 90% of the times I try to recharge my phone , the money gets debited from my account but the recharge gets failed. It gets onto some permanent redirect due to which there isn't any status generated neither is there any transaction id so that i can track if the refund has happened. This is a pathetic service. Recharge never happens but these bloody people charge the money.

            My Name is Arun Maheshwari.

            This is regarding a fraud by Website rechargeitnow.com.

            I Recharged from their website My mobile for Rs.500.It was mentioned on their website that I will get Rs.500 as talktime.However I got only 406 as Talk time.

            Although the amount is small but it is about principles.One or 2 other of my friends also faced this issue.

            I wrote them 10-15 times that please refund me the amount but I have not received any reply till now.

            They are saying contact operator.But the point is that on their website they have mentioned Rs 500 talktime in Rs 500.So

            there is no question of operator here.

            I recharged for 500 after viewing on their website for full talktime.

            Please find attached screenshot mentioning Rs 500 talktime in Rs 500.

            Kindly help me because I am fed up of this.

                I made a Rs.150/- topup from rechargeitnow.com on 13 february 2012 and got the amount deducted from my SBI account .

                But received a message that the recharge has failed .

                I immediately reported this to the website via contact us - which promised me a payback within a week . I also read that , if the amount has not been paid even after a week , the complaint can be escalated .

                After a week , I also escalated the issue with no response from the service provider.

                How should I get back this amount ?

                  I recharged my SunDirect DTH for rs 655 on 20/2/2011 through recharge it now website. I have used debit card for that recharge. But the payment has been deducted from my account but the transaction has not yet done. I contacted using contact us option but til now i didnt get any mail regarding recharge/refund from them.

                    I recharged my Delhi no through the rechargeitnow for Rs 189 on 9-1-12 and recharge became failure but they deducted money from account. Soon I got message saying that they will refund my money within 2 working days. since that I waited around 8 days after that I raised a complaint through contact us option provided in their site. they again repeated the same story. Again after 8 days I complained through the escalation provided in their site. for this also i got same reply saying that they will return within 2 days but nothing happened.after that I complained lot of times in thier website but there is no response and those guys didn't give any contact number also.

                    As reply for my first mail they said that they have processed refund request on 11-1-12 but when i called to bank they said that there is no such transaction request pending for my account

                    Now pls tell me what should I do

                    And dear friends pls don't trust this site as these thing happening for a number of people since their site poorly designed. and there is no proper customer care option also...

                      I definitely agree with others on this issue. I recharged IDEA mobile [protected] for Rs 245 and the TT was Rs 222. But I got only TT of Rs 112. When I asked CC of IDEA they said that its a special offer. So the IDEA MRP rates on this site, ARE NOT UP TO DATE. They also display a warning, saying that they are not responsible.. i.e the state of Indian companies.

                      I have done E-recharge for the cell [protected] of INR 201. However, they have charged us twice for the similar transiaction. We have regualry updated the our complaints. However, we have just received a response that the we are currently investigating the issue.                       I have recharged my Idea mobile number [protected] from www.rechargeitnow.com website for rs500 on 30th Sept 2010.

                      The amount was deducted from my account and received an email saying the recharge was successful but neither the balance got updated in my mobile nor I received any sms. I called up Idea customer care and they said no transaction happened on my number on 30th Sept so I contacted rechargeitnow.com website guys by filling an online complaint form.

                      I waited for a week but there was no response and I filled that form every alternate day hoping for a response. They have an option to escalate the issue if you dont receive the reply in 10 days so I was waiting for the 10th day. Finally on the 10th day I filled up the escalation form and I received a reply after 2 days saying they have checked with the operator and confirmed that the recharged was processed and asked me to contact my operator with a transaction number KK[protected].

                      I called up Idea even though I wasn't expecting much help from Idea but to my surprise they took the complaint and followed up with me at their mentioned dead lines and finally told me that they have verified everything and no transaction happened on 30th Sept. They also said that the reference number provided by RECHARGEITNOW website is not reflecting in their system.

                      Immediately I mailed rechargeitnow.com guys again but never received any reply AND I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

                      The amount could be just Rs500 but imagine how may people might have lost their money like this? Just do a search for rechargeitnow.com and you can see hoards of complaints. Can't we really do anything about this?

                      What was interesting to note was they do not have any contact number or email address mentioned anywhere on their website and the only way to contact them was to fill up the form. Had I realized this earlier, I would have never used their services. My suggestion to everyone, NEVER USE ANY ONLINE SERVICE UNLESS THEY PROVIDE VARIOUS OPTIONS TO REACH THEM IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS.

                            online recharge — Recharge Failed:Fraud

                            I am a regular user of Recharge it now.com...... online recharge site. At first I found it very useful as its easy to recharge from anywhere in the world. But one fraud they do is once you have a transaction getting failed, you will never get the money back. They are so clever that they have not left any phone numbers or addresses of their company. After getting failed, I tried recharging again but of no use. Again the transaction got failed and all of the money went out of my account. Am tired of writing and complaining against such companies who never credits customer's money back. I dont know how far they will take the business like this.

                            Recharge — no response

                            your customer care called me and offered me a offer. That is you can pay your bills prepaid recharge etc by using your prepaid card. they said that our executive will visit you and you simply need to submit address proof of two xeror copies and 150 rs cash. Then will provide a new sim card.

                            They came to me and took the address proof of two xeror copies, photo, signature and 150 rs cash and provided me a new card and said that if new sim activiated then old sim will not work.

                            You can use new sim to recharge any airtel number and you can pay bills through mobile using Airtel money.

                            the old sim was deactivated and new sim card is working now. Then the offer provided by your customer care is not at all working. I tried so many times but it is not working. When i tried it is always in please wait for a hour or two.

                            I tried to recharge my wife number, my uncle number, my dad number, my mom number, my brother but it is still not working then how come the new sim activiated without any features which has been promised by your customer care executive.

                            Can you help on this or i do not need airtel connection. I will change it other network by number portalability.

                            You are right. There is no any contact no, even the e-mail Id [protected]@rechargitnow.com, which was given to contact them bounces back. I wonder how could we trust them when we gave them our credit/debit card details. We need to inform others their behaviour so that they shouldn't use that online site. I think an appropriate government body should take a serious measure on the companies like this one.

                                I didn’t receive an error message after the payment confirmation, and when I checked with the bank they confirmed that the payment has been debited from my bank (receipt copy attached).

                                However, my airtel digital tv account was deactivated the next day morning as the digitalTV team confirmed that they have not received the payment from you rechargeitnow team.

                                this is to inform you that I recharged my mobile for Rs 125 from the site rechargeitnow.com on 7th may. The transaction was failed due to some reason. According to the policy the amount should have been reverted back to my account within 2-3 days. But nearly 1 month have passed and the amount is still not credited. I tried contacting the site 4-5 times but there was no response from there side. They are not even sending me a confirmation message about my transaction failure. Please help me out of this as it is causing a lot of inconvenience.

                                  I tried to recharge my Sun Direct DTH number [protected] (Nadiad,Gujarat) two times on 02.01.2012 (Time – 6:36pm & 9:06pm) for rs.200/- (100 +100) Through Axis Bank net banking. However amount was deducted from my account but recharge of the Sun DTH was not made.
