    payment is deducted..still now i have not got a refund. So many times i sent a mail i have no response received. Rs. 150/- is deducted from my account.

        www.rechargeitnow.com is totally waste...you can not book any complaint regarding failed transactions...then how the customers can get back their money for failed transactions? if you book any complaints regarding failed recharge and some other things, after the submission, the site shows response message as"An Error has been occured"..they are not able to provide a customer feed back properly in their site...then how they will provide good online recharge service? so my best advise is think so many times before u using www.rechargeitnow.com...otherwise u will lost your money and u cannot book complaints for returning money...

          I have recharge through www.rechargeitnow.com for the pyment of my tata Sky DTH services, an amount fo 301 rs has been deducted from my credit card but the tata sky account was not credited with the amount.

          I have raised a complaint several times on the website but these guys never revert nor calls me. please block out this website i am filing a dispute with credit card company who will action on this website but this website should not deserve to be in the public domain .

                      If you can please assist me by getting my money back from the online recharging website rechargeitnow.com i will be really grateful. About 10 days ago, I had tried to recharge my MTS Mblaze modem number [protected] with Rs 999 plan, my id on the website is neeshu.[protected]@gmail.com. But the transaction failed and the amount was deducted from my Punjab National Bank. The Order Number: R69593924b11 and date of Order Received: Nov 24, 2011. Since then I have made several attempts to contact them but not even a single reply has come from their end. I am disappoint by this sluggish service.

                      If you can assist me with the refund I will be really thankful.
                      It is really shameful to see how they refund small amount of money so quickly and eat up when the amount of money is large. I have made several complains through email but neither have they returned the money nor have they responded

                          I did my online recharge from the WebSite "Rechargeitnow.com" on 13th of november,2011.
                          The Recharge amounts were Rs 333 and Rs 222.
                          The order ids for both the transactions are R88211713b11 and R88226813b11 respectively.

                          Both the transactions got failed but i have not got my refund of the money till date. I even tried contacting the customer care of the this website but they are not replying to my query.

                          Please help me out.

                            I have waited some time to get the amount updated in my mobile account but that did not happen. I have contacted Idea and confirmed that there was no recharge.
                            I have contacted Rechargeitnow through their contact page, I got an automated reply but after that there is no reply at all. I have contacted through their customer care ID too which was available in Facebook, no reply. I have even written on their wall. Even after having this all, there were no reply. I have contacted the payment gateway provider too; they have replied me saying the same have been forwarded to rechargeitnow.
                            Till today there is no action, no mails, no calls, and no recharge.
                            Now what should be done?

                              Hello All
                              I tried to recharge my Videocon D2H account through www.rechargeitnow.com as a guest user.
                              After filling the form I have used net banking option and recharge amount 990.00 has been deducted from my ICICI account.

                              But after payment gets deducted , "PROXY TIMEOUT ERROR" page came out and I have not received any confirmation mail
                              regarding the recharge of my account.

                              The icici bank transaction number is : [protected]

                              I tried to make online complaint on their online contact page but all in vein. After filling the form if I click on submit button it always lead me
                              to "An Error has been occured".

                              Now I am almost sure this website is a fake. And stealing money from consumers.
                              I have tried to contact them , but no reply has come yet. This confirms my previous statement about "stealing of money"

                              As I have made the above complaint against rechargeitnow.com regarding recharge failure of Rs. 990 through their website, this is a follow up information for all user of this forum.
                              Thankfully on 3/11/2011 the same amount has been credited back to my account. I am happy because I got my money back. But still I am not happy about their website and "no response attitude" regarding consumer complaint. Till now I have not received any mail from them.

                              This message is to inform all that I got my money back [ thanks to all ( this forum, my bank, rechargeitnow.com people) ]

                              I will not use their ( rechargeitnow.com ) service in future because of their "no response attitude towards consumer problem/suffering/grievances". :D

                                  I am Shanmugavadivu [protected].I recharged thro www.rechargeitnow on 14/10/2011 at 2:46 p.mTimeout occured. Payment deducted from my card, but the recharge failed. I had logged complaint.Even previously i had logged complaints when their services failed,but the rechargeitnow site never answer the queries and refund the amount.If they dont refund or credit the amount to acc, they can atleast recharge for the amount deducted.

                                  Kindly take action to recharge the same amount 50 to my mobile. Though its a little amount, many times these problems occur. But they fail to top up.

                                    I have recharged my mobile through Recharge It Now Site for Rs.500. My Payment was deducted but the Recharge Failed.
                                    I tried to contact them through mail ([protected]@rechargeitnow.com) continuously for the last 7 days but there is no response.
                                    Also tried to lodge complaint through Recharge It Now Contact Us page but as i press Submit Button after filling all the required information, the site shows error & directed to the page http://www.rechargeitnow.com/supportNewLogin.action which shows 'An Error has been occured'.

                                      I have recharged my Sun Direct using www.rechargeitnow.com site. Neither they done the service nor responding to me mails. There is no contact nos available on their web site. Send several mails to them through their customer care link, still there is no response. Is anybody have any contact nos, of their office? Where can I lodge my complaint against this website & their services.

                                        I had made a payment of 330 for my DTH. Two times the transaction was unsuccessful and i have to made the 3rd time and became successful. When i checked my account the amount was deducted all the three times, but the recharge has been done only last time. So Rs.660 was deducted without any recharge. i waited for 2 days and tried my best to contact them but till now i did not get any response from their side. I dont know what to do now ..Plz help.
