[Resolved] Reconnect — television 55" - hdmi wires broken down by fitting personnel | |||
Respected sir, I bought a 55 inch led reconnect television, the fittings of which were done today. While it was being wall mounted, the concerned personnel from the reliance digital team asked me to get 2 hdmi 3m cables which would attached prior to the fitting since the hdmi ports are at the back of the television. During this process, the concerned personnel broke down both the hdmi wires pulling them with a force greater than what the connections could bear. The details of the above incident can be verified by your team members. I donot mean to be disrespectful to anyone but this was sheer lack of sincerity and focus. I am a loyal customer to reliance digital and am highly appreciative of the quality supported. I demand a compensation of any kind since this incident was only due to lack of presence of mind.
