We recently bought reconnect tv, yesterday we tried to switch on the tv.after switching on the tv it started displaying its icon RECONNECT like everytime but not going further steps displaying nothing except that logo RECONNECT.
is it a update problem or anything else.

television 55" - hdmi wires broken down by fitting personnel

Respected sir,
I bought a 55 inch led reconnect television, the fittings of which were done today.
While it was being wall mounted, the concerned personnel from the reliance digital team asked me to get 2 hdmi 3m cables which would attached prior to the fitting since the hdmi ports are at the back of the television.
During this process, the concerned personnel broke down both the hdmi wires pulling them with a force greater than what the connections could bear.
The details of the above incident can be verified by your team members. I donot mean to be disrespectful to anyone but this was sheer lack of sincerity and focus.
I am a loyal customer to reliance digital and am highly appreciative of the quality supported.
I demand a compensation of any kind since this incident was only due to lack of presence of mind.

reconnect harass with poor service & damage to my property

Hey,
I have purchased Reconnect split inverter Ac (SAC 1.5T 3SINVXS-183B80) From reliance digital store elante mall chandigarh (dt 23/04/2018).
company has deliver my product on 24/04/2018 & installation initiated same day around 5:30 PM. The engineer came along with there child . the child has CUT my AC pipe for another room.(we have already installed pipes in all rooms for AC).
then engineers has damage my wall for checking pipe connected to which room.after that they installed my AC & saying that i'm no liable for this PIPE & WALL DAMAGE.
reconnect care executive has ensure me on phone call, we have fixed all these damages within one day please do not write to anybody.
meanwhile AC water drain started inside my room (call customer care & installation engineer) . No one has come yet.
Kindly take action or i'll put it into consumer forum.

I am very glad to say reconnect is one of my life 39 years very worst service provider even manager level person will not able to resolve a problem
I log a complain in february 24th -2018 and asking for enginner for service my working condition ac
Engineer come on 5th march-2018 and he checked ac and reply ac is not working and i am doing only service like cleaning ac (It’s a sweeper job) then i log a complain for repairing engineer come and said it’s pcb problem and its not available in our service center it will take 10 days
After tooooomany followup even personally visit res q center (Situated at op road, akshar chowk, baroda, engineer visit on 8th april with new pcb checked and reply very happily now it’s problem with transformer and personally said don’t complain anyone i will visit within two days and resolve the problem today even i ask for engineer and guess replied was wonderful part will be received after one week or 10 days
I said i will complaint to consumer forum and the gentleman reply i don’t care you will go anywhere and complain against me or my company (Res q)
Even after this all story moral is very worst quality product was provided by reconnect
Even engineers was not capable to identify the exact problem
No manners how to talk with customers and no fear of consumer forum, even we buy a product and not in working condition company or representative didn’t care or shame
On phone or personally i agreed to pay service charge even my ac is in warranty period but they don. T care

not giving remote control - very bad service & response

My name is v. Maheshkumar - [protected] - from coimbatore, tamil nadu. I m a reconnect customer. I am useing reconnect tv & washing machine last 3 + years. 2 month b4 i called to customer care complaint against need tv remote control & washing machine problem. Rs puram service center employee visit my home & repair to wa-machine with spare. He collect the amount 1350 rs. Not give gst invoice. He told tomorrow give the invoice. Still now not get it invoice. Then next i ask to remote control against customer care complients. Not get it remote control. I am directly visit to service center upto 25 times.

not taking return
As i went to shop within a week for returning a product, staff rejected to take it back because it is not packed well, but when i bought it, they have not packed it also - it is a display product. I accepted to take a display product without packaging - how can i return with packing it?? How much good it is?? It is so bad to hear the foolish reasons and not following the policies as well!!
The product is sensitive, so i can't use it anyway and we have the right to return when we are not satisfied with the product as per policies. Is that i am wrong??

Worst service provider...Ac are not at all working. I have 2 ton ac and 1.5 tons ac.. number of times engineer come but never silver the problem yet...I took 2 years extra warranty also but then to they are charging hidden amts.my mob [protected]

non repairing of newly bought defective sandwich box

On 26th of January I bought a grilled sandwich box from the Reliance Digital outlet of Avani mall in howrah maidan. The sandwich box was found to be defective. The very next day we returned it back to the outlet lodging a complaint against it. They assured us that they will repair it and inform us about it. We didnt receive any call from them for a week so we made a call and asked them about the product. After 2-3 days we got back our product. The product yet was not repaired fully and we had to return it back again to them. We asked for a new product but were denied.now they do not contact us and inform us about the repairs and product and are providing no fast relief. Therefore we request the consumer forum to help us in the matter and take action against them so that they may provide better service next time. Regards kaushal.
