[Resolved]  Reconnect — non repairing of newly bought defective sandwich box

On 26th of January I bought a grilled sandwich box from the Reliance Digital outlet of Avani mall in howrah maidan. The sandwich box was found to be defective. The very next day we returned it back to the outlet lodging a complaint against it. They assured us that they will repair it and inform us about it. We didnt receive any call from them for a week so we made a call and asked them about the product. After 2-3 days we got back our product. The product yet was not repaired fully and we had to return it back again to them. We asked for a new product but were denied.now they do not contact us and inform us about the repairs and product and are providing no fast relief. Therefore we request the consumer forum to help us in the matter and take action against them so that they may provide better service next time. Regards kaushal.

T-con board of panel not available inspite sony, lg and samsung tv same parts available resulting my tv value is zero please also take consider and compare of this before buying reconnect tv
