Mere Seat ke charging socket kam nahi kar rahe. Staff ko batata toh voh dhyan nahi de rahe. So next time red bus se booking karna nahi hai.

    I booked ticket from Dindigul to Chennai in KSM travels for travel date 17 Jan 2023. They have charged 3, 777 for non ac sleeper. The bus number is PY01 CD2740. We were completely disappointed when we onboarded the bus. The last seat we booked was a mess and there is no curtain also available in the side as well in the back. No safety pedal also available for upper berth. When we told this to the support person incharge his behaviour was rude and it was like do what you can or raise a complaint if you want. Such a worst experience.

      Hi,

      I have booked Royal travels on Dec 5th through redbus and the bus broke down just 5 kms away from my boarding point.

      Even after 3 hours there was no other transportation provided. After that also, we were provided with only tempo traveller and travelled a the way till my destination.

      For this reason, I would like to get a refund.

      I have booked ticket for full sleeper and I was not provided with that sleeper. Morover there was a delay of 4 hours from the time to reach destination.

      Additionally there was no proper response either from the authorities or from the manager or any person responsible.

      This email is to register this complaint and request for a refund.

      If there is no response, this issue will have to be escalated.

        I have booked a bus ticket from Redbus for morning star travels on 11th Jan 2023 but mistakenly put the wrong time and have made the payment of ₹2940, I asked for a refund from Redbus or atleast a re-scheduling of journey to some other date for which they asked me to reach out to the bus operator and I tried to call and whatsapp the bus operator many times but they are not picking up the call and neither they are responding on whatsapp even after reading my texts . I again tried to reach Redbus customer care but they said nothing can be done . They have not even tried to get in touch with bus operator and denying me to help so casually . My journey date is of 25 jan but still how can’t I cancel my ticket . Atleast they should understand that it happened mistakenly and if atleast they could let me re-schedule it again but they are not helping out . It was the first time that I used Redbus app and the worst experience ever .Please help . Why do we even have a customer care if they can’t help .

          I am Anjaly Sankar, I had booked a seat(Seat No:2) with the same name for October 3rd from Bangalore to Karunagappally (5.15PM-06:30AM) through Redbus.

          I cancelled the ticket by September 28th that follows the refund policy.

          I havn't received my refund yet..Please do the needfull.

            The ticket fella clearly sounded and appeared illiterate, getting loud unreasonably. Even though I and my companion kept on one berth, he made us pay 500 rs extra for another berth that we never used during the whole travel.

            The driver's cabin was overcrowded throughout; maybe that's why he drove slow cos he was rather busy chatting and laughing. The urinal in there stank awful! Don't know how the passengers placed closed to it survived??

            The floor carpet was dirty and smelly.

            The space and atmosphere created around the berth could make anybody claustrophobic; no wonder I fell sick!

            The stopover for refreshment could've been A LOT better, but the driver chose it according to his class.

            The bus's booking website is pretty misleading. They show something else over there and give a total shock later on!

            Never riding on a red bus ever again.

            I'd strongly demand my wrongly charged money back if possible, please!

              Unable to book ticket in between stop of Swargate-Karmala bus from redbus app.

              I want to book a ticket for Chilwadi stop which comes in between Swargate to Karmala bus. but I am unable to find the bus if I select these destination. I can direct book for Karmala destination.
              so can u please add in between stop while book bus tickets.

                  My boarding point should be Avinashi and got the bus too.

                      Really a bad & worst experience from this Bus Service Staff for Ticket that booked thru Red-Bus with Kalimakal Travels to Chennai from Bangalore for January 2, 2023 – Bus Registration Number : KA-51-AE-6728.

                      Came to know that I have given a wrong contact number which is my mistake & sincere apology for the same. Actual number [protected] by mistake given [protected] what I remember, please check. For this reason too the Staff of Bus Service don’t have rights to behave rudely with customers.

                      Wanted to keep you updated on the year beginning had a worst experience with this Bus Service team, due to traffic and need to travel from TC Palya where I was late by 5 Minutes and was very close to Madiwala Police Station which was the boarding point and called and informed them that we are almost arriving where we are very close to boarding point, where the person who spoke to was not bothered to listen and under the Bangalore Traffic and started using unwanted words never bothered to respect the Customer and he started threatening badly using unparliamentary words, very rudely Offensive words, threatening me and asking me to come Office and see to that what I am going to do to you and we don’t care of you boarding the bus and we are leaving and will allow you to board the bus and do whatever you want.

                      When came to board my Daughter finally near Elevated Flyover / Silk board at 8:40 am have informed the Driver and other person who checks the ticket about the incident that took over Phone, but really can’t understand whether the Driver spoke or the person from office spoke to me like that and the number we spoke [protected] @ 8:32am when informing him that I very close and under bridge towards Madiwala Police Station, never bothered to listen started helling using worst words and my daughter boarded the bus within 8 minutes near the Silk Board Junction.

                      This is how these people behave with the passengers and for a delay of 5 minutes what these travels are going to achieve in case if they are late in pick-up or drop, how should the passengers behave with these people.

                      I badly need a written explanation and apology from the person who spoke to me rudely.

                      Adding this mail to Kalaimakal Owner - Request Mr. R. Viswanathan request to have an investigation.

                      The pic of Bus taken at 8:43 after boarding my daughter near silkboard, where you can see my Car parked towards the left - that means within 13 Minutes I have reached Silk Board after crossing the actual boarding Point.

                      Pic 2 is the screen shot called at 8:32 & 8:36 am during both the discussion where the Staff was behaving rudely in Kannada using Vulgar words and threatening me.

                        I'm Satya Ravi from Hyderabad.
                        On night of 30th dec 2022, I have booked tickets from Tiruvannamalai to Hyderabad on redbus platform.
                        Due to engine failure, bus was stop at the middle of night around 2.00am. Bus driver told that - from there we need to catch another bus by our own & 100% amount will be refunded with in 2-3 days.

                        Now that consultant contact persons of om sri tours and travels are not responding to calls & messages.

                        Redbus team was saying that they have arranged 15% refund only. We can't provide more than that.

                        As redbus is a trusted platform, we have booked tickets. Now redbus team also not agreeing with the 100%refund.

                        Consider this issue as serious one & do needful

                              I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Red bus had deducted the amount twice it's already been debited and it is also reflecting in the bank statement.
                              So i need the refund now.

                                    On my trip to Shegaon from Nagpur on 24th Dec 2022 the Gagan travels bus got failed due to leakage of Disel pipe. This issue was sorted on next morning by the mechanic within 30 minutes.
                                    The failure of bus was happened between Kondhali to Karanja (15km away from Karanja) at 12:00am night. Rectification of 30minutes was possible by sending mechanic from Nagpur in just 2 Hrs maximum but the owner not willing to do the same. and the customers get stuck at one place for more then 12Hrs. on highway where no provision of food and all needful things.
                                    On enquiring by redbus executive on next day owner said the bus got repair and all passengers is on board. thus Redbus refused my claim to return the money.
                                    What about customers inconvenience occurred during journey?
                                    What about our further bookings which get disturbed due to this?
                                    What about the time we had wasted due to negligence by redbus and by the owner ?
                                    Redbus should paid me double for the same and get penalized to owner for such act.
