I am an engineer working in Bangalore .I booked a sleeper class bus seat of KOMITILA operator in RedBus

I really suffered a lot.The rain water is coming from windows and entire my bed became wet.The rain water is falling drop by drop on my face and not able to sleep.The bus operator not even come to my bed to see even though i raised the issue to him.You people want just the money not bother about the customers.I literally...

It has been more than twenty days of problem i was faced by redbus. While i was trying to book the ticket, money was taken and the ticket not booked on sep 13, from chennai to kovilpatti. I contacted customer service on next day, they said like refunding was initiated and u l get it on after seven banking working days. Then i keep on trying to contact customer service they said the same thing (Lie). So i hope i won't get back my money sure. I request all of the citizens of india, kindly do not book the ticket via redbus. It is such a fraudulent i experienced.

Ive booked a ticket on 8th of september and the transaction took place but diddnt booknthe ticket and they said the money would be refunded within 7 days. And the money was refunded till now.

    Dear Team
    Today I booked the bus ticket from Red bus from my registered mb No [protected] and TIN no : TJAR28375535 & PNR No : 48813082, As per RED BUS timing is 3.30 p.m. but BUS already left at 3.10 p.m. from Green land chowkde point, These is really embarrassing for me and surprise how can BUS left his pick point in advance without any prior notice.

    I am putting complaint against RED BUS and same to Shreenath agency for these harassment and so un professional into service industry.

    I need my entire refund amount and also apologize letter from RED BUS and same to same Shrinath agency.

      I have booked ticket on 10.09.2016 to travel from coimbatore to bangalore. The ticket booked on 10.09.2016, ticket no. Tja[protected], pnr no: msasc5x jayam travels.
      On 11.09.2016 at around 10.00am, i got a call from the operator, stating that the bus has been cancelled due to some reasons and i have to do my own arrangements for travel. When i asked about the refund of ticket cost he said that it will be refunded to my account by red bus directly. Then on the same day, i informed to the customer care of red bus about this incident and they assured me that i get my refund in one week. But till now i did not get any refund for their faulty service.

      I have also raised the ticket (Service ticket id: rb[protected] with red bus customer care. But it has been more than 2 weeks now, i have not received any reply from the red bus on the refund status.

      Kindly look into this matter and arrange my refund as early as possible

      I booked a ticket on 10.09.2016 to travel from COIMBATORE to BANGALORE. The ticket booked on 10.09.2016, ticket no. TJA[protected], PNR No: Shama Sardar Travels.
      On 11.09.2016 at around 10.00AM, I got a call from the operator(Shama Sardar travels), stating that the bus has been canceled due to some reasons and I have to do my own arrangements for travel. When I asked about the refund of ticket cost he said that it will be refunded to my account by red bus directly. Then on the same day, I informed to the customer care of red bus about this incident and they assured me that I get my refund in one week.But till now I did not get any refund for their faulty service.

        I was trying to book a bus (Mumbai — hyderabad) through red bus mobile app, transaction got failed in between, but amount of 1015.00 rupees has been detected from my credit card ending with 7386.
        Immediately, i called red bus customer care, they told me that refund will be done within 4-5 working days. But i could not get refund.

          Sir its very unfortunate to put a complaint in this forum as I realise that people normally go through these complaints before availing any service but I am forced by freecharge and redbus customer service response. I have made many calls and mails to freecharge and redbus but no satisfactory reply. on 5th September I have attempted 5 times on redbus portal(two different accounts) to book three tickets (confirmed tickets enclosed) from ganganagar to ludhiana and all the payments made from freecharge wallet (three different accounts & debit statement enclosed). Out of these five attempts two was unsuccessful at redbus portal due to there server problem but money got deducted from my freecharge wallet all five times and for one unsuccessful transactions i got refund and for another failed transaction freecharge is telling they deducted the money but redbus is saying they have not received it. In first attempt the amount debited from my freecharge wallet([protected]@yahoo.co.in) Rs 600 (transaction no. 3284819) and was successful. In second attempt Rs. 600 was debited from my freecharge wallet ([protected]@gmail.com) and I got message payment received ticket could not be generated and amount refunded back to my account. In third attempt amount of Rs. 550 (freecharge id 3287278) from my freecharge wallet ([protected]@gmail.com)deducted and same thing repeated money deducted and ticket could not be generated. In forth attempt Rs. 550 (freecharge id 3287551) deducted from my freecharge wallet and ticket generated and fifth attempt also Rs. 550(freecharge id3288349) deducted and ticket generated. I have written mails to both freecharge and redbus and freecharge has confirmed that all the five transactions were successful and for that I have received three tickets (S35-Rs600; S21-Rs.550; S-22 Rs. 550) and one refund of Rs. 600. one additional debit of Rs. 550 is confirmed to be successful by freecharge but redbus is saying no money got deducted. still I am attaching snapshots of redbus tickets and freecharge wallet debit statement. I request if all three transactions of Rs. 550 (freecharge id3287551; 3288349; 3287278) was successful than redbus and freecharge please tell which sleeper or seat was allotted to me and please enclose the ticket generated. all transactions and tickets generated are enclosed for your ready reference. please intervene otherwise these type of portals will keep looting mine type of people.

              I have booked a ticket from Lonavala to Ahmedabad on 3rd September 2016 by redBus app (with Jakhar travels". But at that day i missed the bus because they provided me the exact location where i need to stand and wait. I'm also attaching the messege that i got and ticket details also. I called after that to the redBus as well as Jakhar travels but i didn't find any solutions. I applied for a request to get ref but they are saying like you are not eligible for refund. The fault is yours. So, i humbly request you to take any action.

                I booked a bus ticket thru redbus for travel today at 2.45pm and booked in rpn travels and for some unforeseen reason i had to cancel the travel. Since 11am trying to cancel the ticket but still unable to. Redbus says rpn travels is not accepting cancellation and rpn says i have no issue in cancellation but have to cancel thru redbus. But redbus is not cancelling the ticket for reasons unknown. Hence request other readers to book tickets directly not thru redbus as these guys are cheating customers.

                  Red bus is not at all professional service. I ([protected]) was trying to book tickets from ravulapalem to hyderabad and payment made but tickets were not booked.
                  1st Issue: I receive a message saying that dont worry we will book the tickets and we will get back to you in 15 min but the worst part is I did not get the call in one hour also.

                  2nd Issue: I have called customer to book my tickets and they said we cant book but we will refund. I dont know the reason but I feel deceived.

                  3rd Issue: I have only 1300 rupees before I booked my ticket and now I dont have money to book ticket and I dont have any one to help me in ravulapalem.

                  Question: Red bus want me to wait in ravulapalem untill they refund my money and book tickets and goto hyderabad?

                    I have already rasied the ticket with redbus customer care as below. But its been 1 week now, i have not received any reply from redbus on the refund status.

                    TICKET:

                    Please let me know what is the status of service request raised (Service Ticket ID: RB[protected]. Ticket number (TJA[protected].

                    I have by mistakenly booked the ticket with wrong date journey.
                    Instead of booking it for date 5/09/2016 (depature 23.00 p.m.) but on the date of booking by default today's date was selected that is 4/09/2016 (depature 23.00 p.m.). I was booking the bus on 4/09/2016 at around 23.00 p.m. But website did not restrict the booking as the bus departure time was already passed. But I would like to know that how REDBUS takes the booking after departure or just before departure.

                    Kindly initiate the full refund as it is genuine case and complain raised for it also genuine.

                    Please help me to resolve this issue and take strict action against REDBUS.

                      Hi,

                      I booked the tickets to travel from Chennai to Hyderabad on 5th Sep 2016 and i have cancelled on 5th Sep 2016 @ 3.12 PM and before cancellation it has been mentioned as till 3.15 PM if i cancel there will be a deduction of 601 RS and seeing that i cancelled by 3.12 PM and after cancellation i have got a mail from redbus by 3.13 PM as the cancellation is confirmed and the amount to be reimbursed is only 113 RS which is not acceptable at all.

                      I have been following up with in the mail where they are not reimbursing the amount. Email ticket no : RB[protected].

                        Bloody and cheap customer service and fools as driver and conductor.what are they going to gain by making the passenger suffer by giving bloody lame and stupid explanation, saying that once the bus gets full and only then they ll increase the cooling effect..

                        I was traveling from Tanjore to Chennai on 4/09/2016.And I have booked two ticket in AC VOLVO in parveen travels.And there was no AC effect at all in the last seat.and I asked about it and the conductor, told that in KUMBAHONAM, passenger will come and then they increase the cooling effect.What the [censored] is this...aren't we also passenger, they charge for AC as well for each passenger and why the hell do they want the bus to get filled.this is atrocious and bloody response from those guys.worst service, I ll give 0/5 for this kind of cheap, money minded, service...

                          I was booked a ticket to travel on 28th aug from kadapa to hyderabad 10 days before. On that day when I go to the travels they told me that we don't have any information for this. After talking with redbus customer care they told me that please go by alternate transportation. As that is a weekend I spent more than 1000/-. Original ticket cost I booked for 500/- . I am asking for 1000/- refund because that was the mistake done by redbus. but they are not responding for that.

                            I was a regular customer of redBus..I booked my tickets for 27th and got message for 24th. I talked with their customer care representative on 24th. He told that they having some problem in server that date of booking is being fetched as date of journey..also he promised me that I'll get new tickets for my journey in my registered mobile number.. But i didn't get any tickets and until today I didn't get any refund also..

                            *RedBus number one cheating site for booking.. Don't use this app..*

                              I have booked ticket on 31.07.2016 to travel from bangalore to mudhol. The ticket booked on 28.07.2016, ticket no. Tj[protected], pnr no 42738-telsang travels.
                              On 31.07.2016 at arround 2.00pm, i got a call from the operator, stating that the bus has been cancelled due to technical reasons and i have to my own arrangements for travel. When i asked about the refund of ticket cost he said that will be refunded to my account by red bus directly. But till now i have not got any refund for their faulty service.

                              Kindly look into this matter and arrange for the refund my ticket amount paid for the services cancelled by the operator and not of my fault.

                                Booking was done on 22.06.2016 using the name of mr. avik chakraborty using citibank credit of mr. dipayan sinha and the transaction reference no of citibank credit card.

                                22.06.2016 - transaction done, payment deducted from my credit card but tickets were not booked.

                                ([protected]@payu.in) 22.06.2016 - "your refund request for following transaction is being processed and the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days."

                                ([protected]@redbus.in) 22.06.2016 - we received an amount of rs.6598.35 from you for which the ticket was not issued. hence, the amount reversal to your account has been initiated today.

                                (me) 11.07.2016 - mailed for refund process

                                (redbus) 13.07.2016 - executive is working on the issue

                                (redbus) 18.07.2016 -
                                "with respect to your below mail, we have initiated refund of amount rs 6598.35/- to your card /account on 22nd june 2016.
                                Your bank will process this refund and it may take up to 7 bank working days to reflect to your account.
                                In case your account does not reflect this amount, then kindly get in touch with us with reference no :77985008
                                Please note: the refund will be in the name of redbus/ibibo pvt. ltd."

                                (me) 27.07.2016 - mailed for refund

                                (redbus) 28.07.2016 - received the same reply above mentioned

                                (me) 28.07.2016 - mailed for refund

                                (redbus) 29.07.2016 - received the same reply above mentioned

                                (me) 29.07.2016 - requested to refund the money to my card

                                (redbus) 31.07.2016 - they replied that they will refund the amount to my card

                                (me) 08.08.2016 - informed that the refund amount is not reflecting in my card statement

                                (me) 13.08.2016 - after getting no response, again mailed for reminder
                                (redbus) 14.08.2016 - received the same reply above mentioned

                                28.08.2016 - have a chat in redbus website with an employee of redbus named mr. jagan, he told to write to redbus, they will revert back.

                                Still the issue has not resolved after more than 2 months.

                                  Me and my wife boarded Gujarat travels 4:30pm bus from lonavala on Aug 15 2016. My wife being 5 months pregnant needed special care. We immediately proceeded to our booked seat but they were already occupied. We were asked to wait by the conductor while the bus continued plying. The utterly ill-mannered conductor continued his business while my wife managing to stand . When asked why he is delaying my wife was pushed . We were given front seats which we didn't wanted to book because of the jerk. We are really pissed off due to the ill mannered staff and redbus not taking responsibility of the passengers safe travel.

                                  I have been following up on this complaint since 10 days now but there has been no response from redbus. This should be looked by Government and the servide provider should be punished.

                                    This is very harrasing issue facing woth redbus, i have booked the tickts from junagadh to baroda through red bus while booking the tickts i have selected the date of 28th of aug due to their technical problm tickts are booked for 22nd of aug and i am following up with customer care since last 2 days and not geeting any revert i have loged a comlain also my comlain no is#rb[protected],
                                    my concern that if they are not refunding the money back atleast they can accomodate me on any other bus for 28th of aug as ihave alredy paid the tickts amt they are promising best services to the customer and and givng the services like this

                                    My bus got cancelled and I missed my flight to delhi to pune.
                                    Who will pay my loss.
                                    No one is there to help.
                                    Very worst booking company.. Not having customer support at all..

                                      In all omni buses they are taking very high rate for tickets
                                      Gov is telling all are warned but boldly they are taking from chennai to namakkal. I believe not only this route for all the routes they charging high fare.
                                      Moreover they are selling online tickets publicly like redbus, goibibo. Not sure who given the rights to sale high fare.
                                      Please address the open robbery and save public money.

                                      I want to highlight this issue for the bus fare hike by the bus operators.And this is happening visibly .

                                      My simple question is same bus, same route in week ends or in festive seasons charging double the times of regular fare.

                                      Please refer my earlier screenshots, the bus operators are MGM travels, City Travels, Pooja Travels, KPN Travels, Rajam Travels, Madhan Travels, SRT Travels, SRM Travels and many more...Please check...
