I had sent below mail to redbus on 3-Nov-08, it has all the details. Redbus did not responded to this.

"I had purchased one ticket from Pune to Hyderabad (Ticket No: T99D[protected] for my wife. This was a ladies seat.
When she tried to board the bus there was no seat available in the bus. Seat G2 (the one which we booked) was given to another passenger. I tried to resolve this issue on the spot but it did not worked out. The driver told me that I don’t know anything, I am just driving the bus. Then I called the contact # given on the ticket[protected],[protected]. I talked to Laxmi, she told me that she can not do anything and she can just refund of ticket price and asked me to come to office. We had no other option but we left the bus.
It was extremely important for my wife to reach to Hyderabad on next day morning to accomplish the critical project activity. We got another bus and for ladies seat we paid RS-1500.
The next day morning, I called Laxmi (Kaleshwari travels rep) and told her that as discussed, I am coming to collect the money but she told me that she can not give me the refund and asked me to call Mr. Reddy who is looking after all the kaleshwari management from pune. I called Mr. Reddy, who barely understand Hindi/English and was not in town that day. He told me to come on Saturday evening near Jahangir hospital where he will give me the refund.
On Saturday, I went there and called him but he was not in town and told me that he is on the way and will give me call once he reach in pune but I did not get any call from him. Next day I called him again, he told me that he is not in the office and asked me to come somewhere in the parking lot when he will pay be just RS-150 because according to him the ST Bus fare is that much.
Yesterday, I called the Redbus office in pune and explained the scenario to the representative, she told me that she has communicated this to Banglore office and you will get a call from them but I did not get any call."
Now, it’s the official communication from my side to redbus and expecting the resolution of this. I want the fare which I paid to get a seat in another bus which was RS-1500 as well as the redbus booking amount i.e. RS 15. So I want in total RS 1515 (I am not including the phone expenses, petrol exp, my time and other things). It would be good for all the parties to resolve this issue on urgent basis before I opt the legal way."

    Hi,
    I have booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad Non-Ac semi sleeper for Rs450, through www.redbus.in. They suddenly called a day before and said "Bus is cancelled because of Break-down". But actually what is happening is, due to high demand for Busses in weekends, these Travels people are selling tickets in Black(450 ticket for 750Rs) and these Redbus team is joining hands with them to share profits in a wrond way. Think about the passengers who got lots of plans for their weekends, we dont even get ticket in any bus or train. I want to file a case on this Redbus for this kind of act. Please help me out in this regard.

    I have booked a bus ticket from Onlin booking from Hyderabad to Pune Volva-Ac Seater(2+2) for 2 members Rs1500, through www.redbus.in. They suddenly called. so i was call to ur custmer care center to red bus in hyderabad. They cancelled ticket (TB[protected] and the person Name is Mr. R.Janardhan Rao) . ur sending a cupon 10% cutting in the fair.. But we are not intrested to the taken the cupon... so please send the remaing ammount (Rs1350) to our Account .Detalis are given below

      Hi

      I have booked ticket from Hyderabad to Nagpur through redbus.in by paying Rs 430. It is booked much before ( 3rd oct )and travel date is 24th oct. Today (21st oct ) they called me and saying that we are cancelling your ticket because there is technical problem in the bus. Immediately they asked that if you want to travel, you need to book ticket by paying Rs 1250 for same kind of bus. This is ridiculous. They have done this because of festive season. How come they say the reason that there is technical problem when there are 3 days.

      I want someone to take stern action against redbus.in and its alliance Sabarval Travels.
      I have faced the same problem few months back..
      redbus is the worst ever service in any department I have seen in my life.

      Refund Not Done

      I Booked a Ticket online and confiramtion was not done. but payment was Released from my bank account. they mailed regarding Refund but its been more than 3 months i did not recieve the refund amount.

        Inefficient Service by Redbus

        I booked a Volvo AC bus ticket through redbus.in for 14 Sep 2008 from Shimla to Delhi. I made a payment of Rs 1530 through the payment link sent to my e-mail by redbus and in response Redbus issued me a ticket (Ticket No T[protected]) mentioning seat numbers, timings and bording point.         Ticket Reservation

        Sir,
        I've booked tickect on 13th may through redbus.in [online booking]. my ticket has been confirmed, and they given seat no and other details through mail.I've given the details bellow.
