Red Bus — Driver approach

Sir I have booked a ticket to from Thanjavur to Hosur on 19th july 2026.
I called the driver at around 8.30 pm that I am coming from Madurai so I can wait on trichy so that you can pick up on the way.he replied that bus is full and we will not come to trichy please sand in Thanjavur- Trichy toll or in SASTRA COLLEGE. But rushed and came to Thanjavur itself.we started at 10.15 and at around 12 pm the bus was in trichy only I asked the driver why he replied after your call some of them booked but in the app there is no boarding point in trichy new bus stand which is on the way to Madurai I am going to hosur but the bus war in trichy new bustand.i asked the drug why he is shouting like any thing.he is not at all looking as a passenger he is shouting like anything.. and there is no cleaner in the bus.only driver only. Till 12.30 PM we were in trichy only.the bus starts from Thanjavur only at around 10.15 only again he stopped the bus at 12.30 in trichy petrol bunk. I don't know at what time he will be reaching Hosur.
I asked the driver to keep the luckage ti the deck he is shouting like anything and informed to keep the luckage in the bearth itself.
So please take necessary action on driver.
He is picking the passengers without booking in online or in office.
