Have used the red taxi for the first time from coimbatore airport to isha ashram, i was told at the counter at coimbatore airport that my fare will be 1200 incase of innova and 1050 incase of seden, we booked a innova, on arrival at coimbatore airport the driver forwarded a message that the bill is 2200. We tried to contact prabhu at airport, he was not ready to speak to us. I was told that person from complaint team will call, be has also not called. This is how red taxi cheat people. We have tried your mobile number trice based on the booking details found in our system but there is no response.
