Red Taxi — last minute service denied | |
Dear team, I have booked a cab through app on 26th oct 2019 for 27th oct, 11am travel. And i've asked confirmation from your team for diwali festive cab availability and your call centre team have confirmed the same. On my travel day 27th oct 2019, 10:31 am received call from your team and they said there is no service on today, so we're cancelling your ride. I have never expected this kind of irresponsible service from red taxi. I am a frequent traveller and regularly used your cab service only. *then why you people have confirmed earlier *if there is no available of service at least you should have informed 2-4 hrs before my travelling time *last minute rush to book or find some other travels for bookin made me mentally upset *i have started 3hrs delayed because of your irresponsible service.
