Red Taxi — Withdrawal not received

Address:Shyam park shaibabd, Ghaziabad uttarpradesh

I didn't noticed that red taxi app have no service in my place so i withrawn money from wallet to bank account in two time first 200₹ yesterday and 200₹ today but didn't received the money that i withrawn yesterday. They are not answering my email also
