I have booked ticket from bangalore to surat in srs travels through redbus in my son name t. N. V. Sudheer. The date of journey was 20.7.2019. The bus was cancelled and the same was intimated to my son phone no. On 19.7.2019. We have contacted over phone for refund. They informed refund would be received within 2 to 7 days. I have contacted over phone for refund on 29.7.2019. They informed refund would be received on 30.7.2019. I have contacted on 30.7.2019 for refund. The refund was processed and informed to sent the transaction id of refund to the mobile. But, the message was not received. Further, refund amount not received so far.
