Self booked a bus ticket for a journey fm digha( westbengal) to esplanade ( kolkata) by Ankita paribahan( Das) through RED Bus.The ticket was purchased on 14.09.2021 for a journey dtd 29.09.2021. The ticket was cancelled on 16.09.2021. The ticket was for 03 persons total value was 1147.50 n the cancelled amount was 1042.50. Ticket no was-TQBA43988189 N Same was purchased using Bandhan bank debit card. But till now the cancelled amount is not credited in my Bandhan bank account.
