[Resolved] Redbus — about refund | |
I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 19May 2019Ticket number (TN6H68735403 fom mangaluru to pune on dated 21May 2019 that tckt amount was 2125/- Rs. and cancelled it on 21 May( tracking number is 16262463. ). And refiubd amount is 1626.25. But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation msg you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days( For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail). Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible. Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response. Horrible experience!I i was literally thrown out of my travel bus by local don for personal matter with owner and we were left unattended in the middle of nowhere on highways.and bus was already late by 5 hours.it is very horrible to be left without any other option on road.I was threaten and beat by local don
