[Resolved] Redbus — adding money to wallet from failed transaction | |||||
I tried booking a ticket twice on 19 october from my sbi online banking. The amounts were 707 and 722. I had two failed transactions due to system error at your end (Because my transactions with other website went through) i have received a refund of 707 into my bank account but the other transaction for 722 was comfortably added to your wallet without my consent. My question to you is, how could you add the money to your wallet so comfortably without my consent. Now i am not interested even remotely to use your services and thus would want to get my money back into my account. What if that was the only money someone had saved for something else? I think it is unlawful to add money from a failed transaction to your wallet as technically you have not sold me any product that i had returned. There was no sale done.
