[Resolved] Redbus — Amount debited but ticket not booked | |||||
Hello team, I have booked the ticket from hyd to Bangalore but ticket was not booked but amount got debited.i contacted my bank and they are saying that money was accepted from redbus.below is the mail thread from icici bank. Greetings from ICICI Bank! The payment you made to PAYU INDIA on October 25, 2016 for Rs. 1200.60 was successful with the payment ID([protected]) and Reference Number(WWWREDBUSIN[protected]. Hence, we request you to co-ordinate with the biller regarding the payment for further clarification. If the payment is unsuccessful, the amount would be reversed to your Savings Account within 7 days. If the payment is not reversed within 7 days, we request you to send us a confirmation mail from the merchant with the below mentioned details to assist you further: Transaction Amount Transaction Date Payment ID Consumer Code Bill Reference Information Its more than 7 days now and i didnt get the amount back.
