[Resolved] Redbus — amount deducted but ticket not booked. | |||
Sir. On 26th oct 18 i booked a ticket of 252 rupees from tezpur to guwahati. My amount was deducted. I made my payment through phonepay. But i didnt recieve any ticket. Neither could i contact red bus customer care as it kept me on hold for 6 to 7 min. I couldnt contact it as my phone balance was deducted even when it kept me on hold.
