Please resolve the issue and refund my money at the earliest. Verified Support Nov 20, 2018 Red Bus Customer Care's response Dear Rajan, Greetings from redBus !! We regret the inconvenience caused. On checking we see that ticket was not booked but amount was received at our end. Hence we have initiated the refund process today.
