Please resolve the issue and refund my money at the earliest.

I was told by sbi to contact redbus regarding the issue. I contacted them and they told me to contact sbi for refund. Please let me know the refund status

Red Bus Customer Care's response Dear Rajan,

Greetings from redBus !!

We regret the inconvenience caused. On checking we see that ticket was not booked but amount was received at our end. Hence we have initiated the refund process today. Rs 1330 will be credited back to source account in 7 bank working days as per standard banking procedure.
