This is dileepkumar, and i has booked ticket from chennai to kovilpatti on 10th nov 2016 at 9:18 pm of tippu sultan travels of redbus. I got following message "dear parameshwaran, We're sorry! Your ticket could not be booked due to technical glitches. Please not we have received your payment, you need not pay again. Our representative will call you in next 15 minutes to confirm the booking. You can use the reference number reg. No.[protected] when you communicate with us." I had booked ticket for my friend.
