[Resolved]  Redbus — amount deducted but ticket not given

I've booked a ticket on 7 aug with kerala lines from bangalore to pala but once the card details were submitted amount were deducted from the account but ticket was not issued to mail or reg mobile number.. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.. My number is [protected].. Ticket amount costing rs. 1260 was deducted immediately from union bank of india for the seat reserved i1 but no tickets been issued.. I contacted the bus operator (Kerala lines) but they said that no tickets been booked.. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.. Transaction details listed below
