Dear redbus team, On 20.04.18 i booked ticket for nellore to rajamundry, you charged as 599rs. Which is your team has given ticket number :tm5n94916548 & per number :ts[protected]ycwb/141439/kvr-222a, After so many calls and your people not responded wel, and given wrong numbers, at last recived cancellation messages from your operator named kvr tours and travels, Well till now i am recived my amount as refund, already i contacted with your customer care via phone call and by wht's up, iam very much disappointed with your services, here by iam asking ఈ want my money back as refund immediately, Or i will go to further actions Was this information helpful? | |

We’ll work harder to educate bus operators on providing hassle free, quality service in the future. In hopes of compensating for the inconvenience caused to you, we are refunding your ticket amount. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 3rd May 2018. Basis the policy of your bank, the amount should reflect in your account within 7 business days. The refund will be in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt. Ltd. PO Number:[protected] Refunded Amount: Rs. 224/- And Rs.375/- to your redbus wallet account. still i haven't receive any single update from your side, , today is 2/05/18 since how long i need to ask you to refund my money, either you can resolve or not ?? at least give a clarity i will handle this,
since so long i have been connected with your services so that, am waited till date but you people are not taking any action..i wants to take it into consumer forum.
