[Resolved]  Redbus — bad customer care executive

I have booked a bus from bangalore to nellore in morning star travels. I have got a confirmation message and email. I have arrived to wrong boarding point before one hour and i was trying to contact bus operator from the time i reached. But the number was wrong. At the time of my boarding the bus operator had called me and he was such a rude to me. I have contacted the customer care executive and he was trying to convince me that whole mistake was mine. 1. They didn't provided me right number. 2. The bus operator never contacted me until i he arrived to boarding point. 3. The customer care executive was fully trying to convince me that i have to accept that the total mistake was mine. I had already traveled through so many travels and i had never faced this type of situation. My previous journies are very very smooth and i truly loved those journies. But this one i hated so much because of the bus operator and the customer executive.
