[Resolved] Redbus — booked bus cancelled by operator but redbus does not give support for refund or another bus

I had booked bus from ahmedabad to chalaa from redbus for date 22nd august 2019. Bit 2 day before bus operator called me bus was cancelled. It's more then 36 hr but still redbus not replying me about refund or another bus. I called more then 5 time for redbus but they don't pick up phone also.
