[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancellation refund not received | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I booked a bus from redbus app on 15th March 2018 of 880 rs. However i canceled it on 17th March and i received the message that refund of Rs. 774 has been initiated and it will credited to your source payment within 7 working days. Its been a over a month now but still i haven't received it. I also checked with my Bank and they said nothing being initiated as refund from redbus vendor and they have asked me to connect with you and send a refund details with refund id and amount so that i can forward that mail to bank's customer care mail id to check it further.
