[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled and no refund yet | |
I, rishabh sharma, booked a bus from lucknow to firozabad on 14th march, 2019. Ticket number: tn4d51682486 Pnr no : xfzd[protected] I boarded the bus but after some time the operator said that the bus has been cancelled and the ticket amount will be refunded back in my account. On applying for refund, the response i received from redbus was that the bus operated as per the schedule so they won't refund any amount. Since that response i have constantly been trying to contact redbus but there is no response from their side on this matter. Was this information helpful? | |
